Privacy policy

When you call, email or send the form on this site, you give us your details so we can answer you and do the work. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and who handles it with us.

What we collect when you send the form

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, whether you are in the San Francisco Bay Area or Dallas–Fort Worth, and what happened. You can also tell us how you heard about us. With it we keep the page you sent it from, the time, how long the form was open, and the country your connection comes from. The form does not store your IP address.

When you call or email us, we have your number or address and whatever you tell us.

What we use it for

To call or write back, give you a quote, and do the work you ask for.
To keep the records of your job.
To keep spam and bots out: the form only goes through with a working US phone number and a working email address, sends from outside the US or through VPN services get our "please call us" page instead, and an automated check reads each request to sort real ones from sales pitches and scams.
To learn how people find us and which pages help them, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles it with us

Our email: each request is emailed to our business inbox.
Our customer records: real requests go into the customer records system we use to follow up with you. Requests marked as spam stay out.
