About Remediate Renovation

We are a restoration and remodeling company. When water, fire, smoke or mold damages a home, we stop the damage, dry and clean what can stay, take out what cannot, and then rebuild the rooms, all under one call.

What we do

Restoration first: water mitigation and emergency water removal, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and air duct cleaning. Then the rebuild: reconstruction after the damage, and construction and remodeling on its own, from kitchens and bathrooms to ADUs, garage conversions, home additions and whole-home remodels.

Because the same company does both halves, the house is not left open between a cleanup crew and a builder, and nobody has to explain the job twice. The photos, readings and notes from the first visit carry straight into the rebuild.

How we work

• Readings before decisions. On a water job we read moisture before we move anything, and we dry until the readings say dry, not until a date on the calendar.
• Mold means new material. Everything the mold touched is replaced with new material, never cleaned and reused.
• Everything documented. Photos of every room as we find it, moisture readings, and line-item estimates in the industry's standard estimating format.
• Real jobs only. The photos and videos on this site come from our own jobs, shown only when the owner has cleared them.

Working with insurance

We are the repair contractor, never the adjuster. We document the damage and send our itemized estimate to your adjuster, and we answer their questions about our scope. The claim and the settlement stay between you and your insurer. For the covered repair you pay only your deductible, and your insurer pays us the rest directly.
