Rebuild after damage
The water is out, the structure is dry, the damaged material is gone. Now the house gets put back, by the same call that dried it.

The gap after the drying
A dry house with holes in it is not a finished job.
What the cleanup leaves
Floors up to the slab, drywall cut out, cabinets wrapped or gone. That is what a proper dry-out looks like, and nobody can live with it for long.
The usual handover problem
One company dries, another rebuilds, and the readings, photos and claim notes have to be passed between them.
What you get back
The rooms rebuilt with new material, the file in one place, and one number to call the whole way through.
After mold
Everything the mold touched was taken out. The rebuild replaces it with new material, never cleaned and reused.
What the work covers
What a rebuild includes
The rebuild puts back what the damage and the cleanup took out. On the Fremont job that meant these.
Subfloor and flooring
New hardwood, inlay border laid again to match the house.
Counters and backsplash
A new countertop and backsplash next to the new floor.
Protection of what stayed
Cabinets that were not damaged stayed wrapped in plastic while the work finished.
Anything the mold touched
Replaced with new, as a rule.
One file with the drying
Rebuild estimates in the industry's standard estimating format, next to the mitigation photos and readings.
A real job in Fremont, 2026
From open slab to a finished floor
Dried in March. Rebuilt over the summer: new hardwood with its inlay border, a new counter and backsplash. Finished in September.
How it goes
From dry to done
Dry readings
The rebuild is planned once the moisture readings say the structure is dry.
Scope
What came out gets listed: floors, drywall, counters, anything the mold touched.
Estimate
Line items in the industry's standard estimating format, for you and the claim.
Rebuild
Through our licensed construction partner, with what stayed kept under plastic.
Materials
Put back to match the house
From one real job: Fremont, 2026.
Cost and planning
What sets the rebuild
What came out
The rebuild is the mirror of the tear-out. The more the water, fire or mold reached, the more goes back.
When it can start
When the readings say dry. Closing up a wet structure would bring the problem back.
Insurance
Coverage is between you and your policy. The rebuild estimate uses the same standard format as the mitigation file.

Questions
What people ask about the rebuild
Who rebuilds after the drying or cleanup is done?
We do. Reconstruction after the damage is handled is one of our six service lines, so the house does not change hands when the drying equipment leaves.
Can the same company that dried the house rebuild it?
Yes, that is how we work: restoration to rebuild under one call. The photos and moisture readings from the drying are already in the file when the rebuild is planned.
Who does the work, and are they licensed?
Reconstruction is performed through our licensed construction partner. Water mitigation and air duct cleaning are work that does not need a contractor's license; the rebuild does, and it is done under one.
How long does a rebuild take?
It starts when the readings say the structure is dry, and its length depends on what came out. On our Fremont job the floor was dried in late March, the new hardwood and countertop were going in on August 21, and the house was finished in September.
Does insurance pay for the rebuild?
Coverage is between you and your policy. We document the loss for the claim from the first visit: photos, moisture readings, and line-item estimates in the industry's standard estimating format, and the rebuild is estimated in the same format.
