Fire and smoke cleanup
The fire is out and the house smells of it. We document what happened, clean what can stay, clear what cannot, and hand the house to the rebuild.

- One call from restoration to rebuild
- Reconstruction through our licensed construction partner
After a fire
The flames did one kind of damage. The smoke did another.
Burned rooms
Where the fire was, walls, floors and ceilings are charred and some of it has to come out. Those rooms go from cleanup straight into reconstruction.
Smoke in the rest of the house
Smoke travels past the rooms that burned. It settles on surfaces and gets into the heating and cooling system, which carries it further.
What you get back
A house that has been cleaned room by room, ducts cleared last, and the burned parts rebuilt with new material.
Firefighting water, too
Putting a fire out leaves water behind. Wet floors and walls are dried the same way we dry any water loss, with moisture readings, before anything is closed up.
What the work covers
What fire and smoke cleanup includes
The order is set at the walk-through. These are the pieces a fire job is made of.
Walk-through and photographs
Every room is photographed before anything is moved or thrown away.
Clearing what cannot stay
Burned material comes out, listed and photographed on its way out.
Smoke cleanup room by room
The rooms the fire never reached still get cleaned of what the smoke left.
Drying after the fire hoses
Water mitigation for wet floors and walls, measured until the readings say dry.
Air ducts last
Duct cleaning comes at the end, so clean rooms stay clean.
The claim file
Photos and line-item estimates in the industry's standard estimating format.
Real jobs
Fire jobs, photographed from the first visit
We show only jobs whose owners have cleared their photos for the site. The first fire job goes here once it is cleared.
Until then, the portfolio has every job we can show today, start to finish.
How it goes
From the walk-through to the rebuild
Walk-through
We see the house with you and photograph every room as we find it.
Plan
Room by room: what is cleaned, what goes, what needs drying.
Cleanup
Burned material out, smoke cleaned from the rest, wet areas dried, ducts last.
Rebuild
The burned rooms are rebuilt through our licensed construction partner.
Cleaned or replaced
How we decide what stays
Seen first
Nothing is judged from the driveway. Each room and its contents are looked at before a decision is made.
Written down
Anything that leaves the house is photographed and listed, so the claim shows what was lost.
Replaced with new
What comes out of a burned room is rebuilt with new material, not patched over.
Before and after
Before and after, from real fire jobs only
A before-and-after goes here when we have two real photos of the same spot from a cleared fire job.
Cost and planning
What sets the scope of a fire job
How far it reached
One burned room and smoke in the hall is a different job from a fire that moved through the house. The walk-through tells us which.
Order of work
Clearing, cleaning and drying come before the rebuild. Ducts are cleaned after the smoke work, so the order matters.
Insurance
Coverage is between you and your policy. We document the loss for the claim: photos and line-item estimates in the industry's standard estimating format.

Questions
What people ask after a fire
The fire is out. What happens next?
Call us. We come out, walk the house with you, and photograph every room before anything is moved, because those photos start the claim file. Then the cleanup is planned room by room, and whatever cannot stay is listed before it goes.
What do you clean, and what do you throw out?
That is decided item by item once we have seen the house, not from a list. Whatever goes out is photographed and written down first, so it appears in your claim file.
How does the insurance claim work after a fire?
Coverage is between you and your policy. Our part is the documentation: photos from the first walk-through onward and line-item estimates in the industry's standard estimating format, the format adjusters read.
Do you clean the air ducts after a fire?
Yes. Air duct cleaning is the last step after smoke work, so the system does not blow smoke residue back into rooms that were just cleaned.
Who rebuilds the burned rooms?
We do, through our licensed construction partner, on the same call. The cleanup crew hands the house straight to the rebuild.
